DOCUMENTS NEEDED FROM THE EMPLOYER
1. POWER OF ATTORNEY
We need Power of Attorney as per specimen, from the employer appointing us as their Recruiting Agent in Pakistan to carry out emigration formalitites, endorsement of visa from the relevant Embassy / Consulate, and clearance from Protector of Emigrants, Government of Pakistan. This document should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Pakistan Embassy. (Annexure A)
2. DEMAND LETTER
We also need Demand Letter, for the recruitment of required workers giving their job description, number of workers to be recruited and Terms & Conditions of employment, as per specimen of Demand Letter, duly attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Pakistan Embassy. (Annexure B)
3. LETTER TO EMBASSY/ CONSULATE
This letter should be addressed to the respective Embassy / Consulate, for visa Endorsement. Duly attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the concerned Country as per specimen (Annexure C)
4. VISA SLIP
Visa slip in Original or Photocopy.
