2. Electronic Visa Slip in favor
of SPEED MAN Licence no 0234/KAR
3. Visa Slip:Only One Visa in Visa Slip ( Origanal Copy ) or more than One Visa (Photo Copy )
4. Company Commercial Registration. ( Photo Copy ).
5. Saudi National Idendity Card . ( Visa Owner . Photo Copy ).
Note :- Demand Letter type on Company Letter Head if required person more than TEN PERSONS, with Number of Persons required, Salary and other terms and conditions ( Attested by Chamber of Commerce )
